May I take this opportunity to congratulate you as a company on your excellent customer service, especially in this era of very poor service elsewhere. (We provide new lines at just £49.99+vat with no contract)

I realise that you have gone above and beyond the call of duty, as my incarceration was due to a local fault and not anything to do with the transfer. Line rental with LowerCall saves you money AND means that you get straight through to our well trained support staff without having to waste hours trying to talk to the right person at BT. In this particular case, we were able to send an engineer who diagnosed the fault and fixed it the same day.

Thank you for explaining Sky charges. I am happy to stay with you. This customer was tempted by the Sky unlimited calls deal not realising he would actually end up worse off. Sky have a connection fee and round calls to the nearest minute. Our fully itemised online bills make it easy to work out in excel how much you are spending on different types of calls.
