I can access the LowerCall website, but not the bill paying page

If you encounter the error 'This page cannot be displayed' when you click on the 'View latest bill' button, it is possible that the digital certificate on your brower has expired. This can happen on older versions of Windows and may prevent you from accessing certain secure web pages. A short term solution is to settle your bill via the link below which is NOT on our secure servers.
