How to program your phone to use smart divert
Smart divert has a set up fee of £4.95+vat and costs £1.75+vat and £1.49+vat per month for business and residential lines respectively.
Customers are generally emailed with an access number and their unique 4 digit pin number within 24 hours.
To activate smart divert, dial your access number and wait for dial tone:
Divert all calls dial: *44*(pin no.)*(your no.)*(no. to divert to)#
To cancel dial: #44*(pin no.)*(your no.)#
Divert on busy dial: *65*(pin no.)*(your no.)*(no. to divert to)#
To cancel on busy: #65*(pin no.)*(your no.)#
Divert on no reply dial: *64*(pin no.)*(your no.)*(no. to divert to)#
To cancel on no reply dial: #64*(pin no.)*(your no.)#
