Restore sound

How can I restore sound to Entourage and movies?

If you have no sound on your movies or in entourage, here is how to fix the problem:

1. Open /Applications/Utilities/Audio MIDI Setup
2. Click on the properties for Built In Output
3. Change the Format from 96000.0 Hz to 44000.0 Hz and audio in Entourage, Movies and Flash will return immediately.

The no sound in entourage, no sound on movies and no sound in Flash problem sometimes arises when installing certain software on your Macbook pro.
