I am local to you in Bristol and I have found your service to be excellent during all the years I've been with you.
I telephone my family every day in Brazil and your service has made it easy and affordable compared with BT and Onetel. Many thanks. (LowerCall constantly reviews
the call rates of major competitors and endeavours to undercut them)
Absolutely excellent the switch over went as smooth as a babies bottom... The ADSL went down at around 11am on Fri and I moved the server etc. by 9pm Fri, all seems to be working. If you have a contact at zen who you can kiss or buy a drink then please do so, efficiency is wonderful when it really happens. (We have a partnership with Zen Internet to provide broadband - voted top last year)
