What are the restrictions?

It is not possible to dial a LowerCall 0800 freephone number from a BT payphone. BT levy an additional charge of over 12p per minute for dialling a freephone number from one of their payphones.

Lower0800 numbers can only be assigned to one BT landline telephone number (eg not mobile numbers or cable companies such as Telewest and NTL).

We reserve the right to re-assign your Lower0800 to another customer or charge a monthly fee if the usage is below an economical limit for us. At present this is approximately £10 per month (equivalent to approximately 4 hours talk time at current rates).
