Bills are automatically settled at the end of each month, by debit debit.
The rules regarding direct debit payments are stringent.
Only companies which have been thoroughly vetted by a major Bank may participate. LowerCall's online payments are administered by one of the largest Banks in the UK.
Companies authorised to take direct debit payments from clients must sign an indemnity which ensures that any money taken in error is returned. In the event of fraud or bankruptcy, customers are generally covered by their Bank.
