How much does it cost?
There is no initial fee or set up charge for signing up to LowerCall. Users will only be charged for calls which are routed through LowerCall via Carrier PreSelect or manually prefixed with the 1664 access code.
I do not have a BT phone can I still use the service to save money?
No. LowerCall will only work if you have a BT phone line (NB This can be provided through LowerCall). Alternative telecoms providers such as Virgin Media etc do not allow lost cost traffic to go over their networks. View your last phone bill and use the Call Cost calculator to compare whether you are better off with a BT line in conjunction with LowerCall.
