How much does it cost?

Each 0800 freephone number you order, has a one off set up fee of £9.99+VAT. This fee appears on your next LowerCall bill under the heading of 'Sundry Items'. There are no ongoing monthly or annual charges.

Each time somebody telephones your 0800 freephone number, you will be charged at the standard Lower0800 rate. This is currently 3.94p per min including VAT. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute and itemised separately on your monthly LowerCall bill.

Our freephone rates are lower than the BT business local call rate!
