What happens next?

Once we have submitted your instructions to activate CPS, BT will write to you giving you the exact activation date.

The letter from BT will say "We have received a request from another service provider, informing us that you wish to transfer all calls to their network from the following telephone numbers". If you have several telephone numbers at various addresses, BT will send a seperate letter to each address.

CPS generally takes 10 days to activate. Thereafter, you will benefit from LowerCall's low call rates without having to manually dial the 1664 prefix.
