

How to proceed
If CPS is not already enabled, customers must email enquiries@lowercall.com with:
1. Telephone number (s) to be activated.
2. A valid postcode for EACH telephone number. If you have two telephone lines at the same address, both the postcodes you supply will be the same.
IMPORTANT - The postcode you supply for each number, must be EXACTLY as it appears on your BT telephone bill. If there are any differences, your order will be rejected. Postcodes are normally be between 5-7 characters. If only part of the postcode appears on your BT bill, supply it to us exactly as it appears.
