What is Carrier PreSelect?

Customers who opt for Carrier PreSelect (CPS) benefit from our low call rates without having to manually dial the 1664 prefix, use a SmartDialler or reprogram their PBX switchboard.

With CPS, the 1664 prefix is programmed directly into the local BT telephone exchange. You simply use the phone exactly as before without having to remind people in your house or business to manually dial the 1664 prefix.

Customers receive a quarterly bill from BT covering line rental, and a monthly bill from LowerCall itemising all calls made.
